What types of vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes executive sedans for city travel, full-size SUVs, and select open-top models for weekend hire. For the Delegation Fleet, all vehicles within a booking are matched in class and presentation. Specific availability depends on dates — we recommend enquiring at least five days in advance for weekend bookings.
How far ahead should I make a booking?
For the Harbour Circuit and Self-Drive Weekend, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice, though last-minute requests can sometimes be accommodated. For the Delegation Fleet, particularly for multi-day programmes, two weeks' notice allows us to prepare properly and confirm all scheduling with your team.
Is insurance included across all services?
The Self-Drive Weekend Escape includes comprehensive motor insurance, personal accident coverage, and 24-hour roadside assistance. All chauffeured services carry full liability coverage for passengers. Our team will share the specific policy details and any applicable excess prior to your booking confirmation.
Can I request a particular vehicle model or colour?
You can express a preference for vehicle type and we'll do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability. While we don't operate a fixed model catalogue, our fleet is maintained at a consistent standard. If you have a specific event or occasion in mind, let us know and we'll suggest what's best suited.
What if my plans change after I've confirmed?
We understand that plans shift. Changes made more than 48 hours before the booking start time are generally accommodated at no cost. For shorter-notice adjustments, the situation varies — please speak directly with our team and we'll work through it with you. Our cancellation and amendment terms are shared at the time of booking.
Are trips across the Causeway to Malaysia possible?
Cross-border journeys are available on request for both chauffeured and self-drive services. There are specific documentation requirements and insurance conditions that apply. Please raise this at the time of enquiry so we can prepare the appropriate arrangements in advance.
How are chauffeurs selected and trained?
All drivers hold valid vocational licences and undergo a structured onboarding process covering route knowledge, conduct standards, and client communication. For the Delegation Fleet, drivers are briefed on programme schedules and any client-specific requirements before the engagement begins.
