In these Terms and Conditions:

By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking with pavonisai, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

For bookings made on behalf of a company or organisation, the individual making the booking warrants that they have authority to bind the organisation to these terms.

pavonisai provides vehicle hire services in Singapore comprising three core offerings: Harbour Circuit Drive (chauffeured, approximately 3 hours), Self-Drive Weekend Escape (Friday 6 PM to Sunday 9 PM), and Delegation Fleet (corporate groups, 1 to 3 days).

Services are subject to availability and are confined to Singapore and, where pre-arranged, the Johor Bahru area of Malaysia. Geographic restrictions apply and must be discussed at the time of booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only upon pavonisai issuing written confirmation (by email) and receipt of any required deposit. Until written confirmation is issued, no booking is guaranteed.

pavonisai reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion. In such cases, any payment received will be returned in full.

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking confirmation. Published starting prices may not reflect the final cost for customised or extended arrangements.

Payment terms are provided at the time of confirmation. pavonisai accepts bank transfer and credit card payment through secure third-party processors. Card details are not stored by pavonisai.

Amendments requested more than 48 hours before the booking start time are generally accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Amendments within 48 hours may incur an administration fee. Please contact our team directly to discuss any changes.

Cancellations received more than 7 days before the booking start time: full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations received 48 hours to 7 days before: 50% of the booking value is retained. Cancellations received within 48 hours: the full booking value is retained.

In the rare event that pavonisai must cancel a confirmed booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund all amounts paid in full. pavonisai is not liable for additional losses arising from such cancellation where the cause is outside our reasonable control.

Clients using the Self-Drive Weekend Escape must hold a valid Singapore driving licence (or an International Driving Permit where applicable). The vehicle must only be driven by the registered client unless an additional driver has been pre-approved by pavonisai in writing.

The client is responsible for the vehicle during the hire period and must return it in the same condition as received. Any damage, loss, or traffic violations incurred during the hire period are the responsibility of the client, subject to the insurance terms provided at confirmation.

pavonisai provides appropriate insurance coverage with each service. For self-drive bookings, this includes comprehensive motor insurance and 24-hour roadside assistance. For chauffeured bookings, passenger liability coverage is included. Full insurance details, including applicable excess amounts, are provided in the booking confirmation.

Insurance does not cover wilful damage, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances, or use of the vehicle outside agreed geographic boundaries.

Clients must not use pavonisai vehicles for any unlawful purpose, illegal transportation, racing or track use, sub-letting to third parties, or any activity that would invalidate the insurance. Smoking is not permitted in any pavonisai vehicle. pavonisai reserves the right to terminate a booking immediately, without refund, where these conditions are breached.

All content on our website, including text, design, and images, is the property of pavonisai Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Our services are provided in good faith and to the standard described. However, pavonisai does not guarantee that services will be available at all times or that operations will be unaffected by circumstances outside our control, including traffic conditions, weather, or vehicle mechanical issues.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, pavonisai's liability for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to any booking is the version current at the time of confirmation. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of our services following material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
